   I took today's lesson face to face. In the lesson, I learned about the ability of getting other languages and took some tests. The test was we listened to and remembered some pronunciation of number and wrote the number teacher said. It was difficult a little but I could answer correctly, so although I was warried that I had no talent of learning other language but I could get confidence for studying other language through the tests!

  Today's lesson is about the effect of native languages. I was surprised that babies get rid of pronunciations which they don't need so we can't speak another languages well. I also think the differences between Japan and other countries in the class. For example, we usually take a lesson so quietly in Japan, but in America, many students tell others their opinions in a class. The culture shock affects learning other languages so we should not only practice to speak other languages but also study other countries' cultures in order to learn other languages. 

  What should we do to increase our motivation for studying English?   Today’s lesson is about motivation for studying English. According to the lesson, people often lose their motivation when they don’t know why they study English clearly. Especially, university students tend to decrease their motivation because they finished studying English for an entrance exam. What we should do to increase our motivation for studying English? We should make goals, but it’s not indistinct, like becoming to speak English, but clear, like getting a high score of TOEIC more than 550. In conclusion, in order to raise our motivation, we should make goals that is not “should” but “ must”.
